March was National Nutrition month, and we celebrated a world of flavors.  

We asked our families to submit pictures and stories about their favorite foods.   Look below to see what people sent in.

Green noodles with steak is our favorite dish at home not only because the green sauce is made with spinach and basil, but also because it has cheese and is accompanied by meat. Vegetables, lactose and protein in one dish <3

Fried chicken strips. My 4 kids like chicken strips from Canes. I have been trying to reach the correct crispness, freshness and coating. 

Mississippi Pot Roast is our favorite Sunday dinner.

I love to air fry my chicken in the air fryer and add pasta or rice.

We love to eat beans, burger, with lots of fixings. It uses a lot of variety of nutrients!

With very small kids will not eat a lasagna from a pan. So I took a spin on it and made lasagna rolls instead.
